Job summary

Linguava is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the full sales cycle with U.S. health systems, hospitals, clinics, and payers.

You’ll close high-value, net-new business, pairing onsite, video remote interpreting, telephonic interpreting, and translation services to improve patient outcomes. Leverage deep healthcare industry knowledge, executive-level influence, and a consultative approach to deliver measurable value while driving growth and helping underserved communities access

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling language access solutions to healthcare organizations.
• Proven success closing complex enterprise deals with hospitals, systems, and payers.
• Expertise in consultative selling and executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing formal RFP and RFI processes.
• Knowledge of language access service delivery models and video interpreting.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new enterprise partnerships with health systems, hospitals, clinics, FQHCs, and payers across the U.S.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Sell onsite, video remote, telephonic interpreting, and translation services.
• Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and clinical leadership.
• Lead with a consultative approach to uncover challenges and tailor value.
• Win complex enterprise deals through long sales cycles and RFIs/RFPs.
