Job summary

LILT is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the US. You will own outbound and inbound cycles, selling our translation platform and services to enterprise customers while partnering with Customer Success for expansion.

We value high-velocity, data-driven selling, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of multi-million dollar deals. This role supports remote work across the United States with hybrid in-office options in select locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead in-person and web-based demos
• 6+ years of proven experience selling in mid-market and enterprise
• Proven track record of booking large deals and meeting quotas
• Experience in RFP responses and cross-functional collaboration for complex deals

Responsibilities

• Uncover, educate, and close prospective customers on forecasted opportunities
• Translate platform value to C-level executives and business buyers
• Set-up and deliver winning POCs to convert new customers
• Maintain accurate weekly forecast and high-activity outreach across channels
• Collaborate with ADR/BDR and services teams to align delivery and sales strategy
