Job summary

Utopian Capital, a rapidly growing land investment and development firm, is seeking a part-time, virtual Acquisition Manager in the United States. You’ll work directly with landowners to evaluate opportunities, negotiate deals, and move transactions from lead to closing while supporting the CEO and COO.

Daily duties include calling priority leads, following up with sellers, handling texts, updating the CRM, sending purchase agreements, and reporting activity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and organization, with ability to outreach and build rapport with sellers.
• Comfortable cold calling, handling objections, responding to texts, and providing professional customer service.
• Flexible availability for occasional evening, weekend, or last-minute seller calls.
• Experience in real estate or land investing, brokerage, or related field.
• Familiar with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, with attention to logging activity and updating lead records.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Promptly calling priority leads and following up with sellers.
• Sending purchase agreements and assessing seller motivation.
• Coordinating next steps, updating the CRM, and reporting daily activity.
