Job summary

Century Complete is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst to identify and analyze land opportunities aligned with our land strategy and business plan goals. You will manage land data, perform due diligence, and support proformas and underwriting for potential land investments.

You will work with regional and divisional teams, utilizing MLS data, GIS tools, and external sources to maximize asset profitability while embracing a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role.
• Real estate or market research experience and knowledge of residential construction and land brokerage are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify land acquisition opportunities aligned with the division's land strategy.
• Research and analyze land data from MLS, company databases and external sources.
• Assist in preparing market study data and due diligence analyses.
• Develop proformas, valuations and underwriting for potential land investments.
• Track due diligence timelines, takedowns and closings for projects.
