Sentara Health is seeking an experienced Laboratory Client Account Representative to work full-time days in a remote VA-only role servicing the Northern Virginia area. This position conducts follow-up sales calls to healthcare providers and other potential clients to secure medical testing and laboratory services, while resolving client problems and ensuring positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology, with 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology required.
• 3 years healthcare sales or 4 years marketing experience required.
• Laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up sales calls to healthcare providers and other potential clients to secure laboratory services.
• Resolve client problems and complaints to ensure positive outcomes.
• Take a proactive approach to meeting customer needs and service quality.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for laboratory services.
