Sentara Health is seeking a Laboratory Client Representative to support the growth of laboratory services across Northern Virginia. This remote VA-only position serves as a liaison between healthcare providers, business partners, and laboratory services to ensure exceptional client experiences and foster long-term relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology, plus 3 years Healthcare Sales or 4 years Marketing experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology (required).
• 3 years Healthcare Sales or 4 years Marketing (required).
• Laboratory sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physician practices, healthcare organizations, and laboratory clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to promote laboratory testing services and identify opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and service issues with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal lab, operations, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional client support.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing and client engagement strategies for laboratory services.
• Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account and client records in designated systems.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients regarding laboratory services and support.
