Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative. This role requires residency in Virginia or North Carolina and a daytime shift with standard hours 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The position focuses on retention of Lab Services clients and remote patient report communications. Base pay is $20.65 – $30.78 per hour, with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Prior scheduling experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service tasks related to retention of Lab Services Clients.
• Perform mail management, result retrieval, and respond to inquiries with problem resolution.
• Manage remote communications for patient lab reports; interact with hospitals, physician offices and labs.
