Zohorecruit in Washington state seeks a Business Development Manager (Lab Focus) to drive growth with labs, hospitals, and CROs. You will identify new clients, secure staffing contracts, and build strategic partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development in healthcare staffing, laboratory services, or healthcare B2B.
• Strong track record of client acquisition and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of hospital labs, diagnostic testing, or healthcare staffing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and close new clients (labs, hospitals, and health systems).
• Negotiate contracts, respond to RFPs, and secure MSA agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with Lab Directors, HR, and Vendor Managers.
• Collaborate with recruiters and credentialing teams to deliver staffing solutions.
• Track and report on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.
