Beautiful Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Director for Laboratory Service Contracts in the South East USA. This remote, home-based role covers North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee, with up to 50% travel to prospective clients and partners.

You will drive new business growth, build a robust territory pipeline, and close high-value service contract opportunities across a range of laboratory environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development within the laboratory sectors.
• Direct experience selling service contracts or maintenance agreements.
• Experience engaging with bench scientists, laboratory managers and procurement leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for laboratory service contracts across the South East USA.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to maximise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service proposals that meet customer requirements.
