Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing business development.
• Ability to bring in new hospital, clinic, or healthcare system clients.
• Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments (preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently in a performance-based model.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with healthcare providers and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate new client partnerships and expand the book of business in healthcare staffing.
• Manage accounts and grow revenue in a commission-based environment.
