Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive training solutions across our US operations, including remote delivery. The role partners with a Curriculum Designer to refine materials and ensure courses meet business outcomes on time.

You will apply diverse learning methods, maintain current knowledge of theories, and support learners in live or virtual settings. Ideal candidates have Learning & Development experience in travel or global environments, proficiency with Excel

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development at Travel Management Company or global environment.
• Basic understanding of ADDIE model (preferred).
• Experience working with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Work with SMEs to create training materials.
• Demonstrate competence in training delivery and consultation.

Responsibilities

• Review training material, incorporate examples, and prepare for facilitation.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Apply varied learning methodologies for live or virtual delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of learning theories and apply to training delivery.
• Expand knowledge of BCD Travel and industry tools to facilitate courses.
• Evaluate training performance and identify learning opportunities or deficiencies.
