24-MAG LLC is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional for a fully remote, part-time contractor role. You will review training materials, onboarding content, and presentation decks, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in instructional design, talent development, and evidence-based feedback, with strong English communication and advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides skills. Flexible project-based engagement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience as L&D Specialist, Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, or Talent Development Specialist.
• Strong understanding of training, onboarding, and workplace learning.
• Fluent in English (native or professional).
• Excellent written communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate L&D strategies, training materials, and programmes for quality and effectiveness.
• Assess alignment of objectives, content, and delivery with learner needs.
• Identify gaps in programme structure, instructional logic, or learner experience.
• Review recommendations for employee development and capability building.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback on outputs.
• Review training programmes, facilitator resources, and student materials.
• Evaluate onboarding plans and orientation workflows for readiness.
• Assess instructional design quality and learning progression.
• Analyze metrics and ensure meaningful programme decisions.
