Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to design and implement strategic learning initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive performance across global teams. You will transform training needs into engaging educational experiences and manage end-to-end curriculum development.

In this 100% remote role, you will work with a diverse, world-class team, leveraging Articulate and Storyline to deliver impactful training programs and measure their effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an L&D Specialist or in a similar instructional design role.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
• Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive instructional designs and curricula tailored to diverse business needs.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of LMS platforms to ensure seamless content delivery.
• Develop interactive e-learning materials using advanced authoring tools.
• Facilitate training programs and workshops that address critical skill gaps and enhance workforce adaptability.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the long-term impact and effectiveness of learning investments.
