Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint and content design skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials for new hires, annual training, and ongoing classes across multiple franchises using various delivery methods.
• Apply adult learning principles to optimize retention and application of knowledge.
• Create and update course materials, manuals, and curricula reflecting industry trends and compliance standards.
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and client groups to identify gaps and design targeted training.
• Define, implement, and monitor training effectiveness with metrics and feedback.
