Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading training for clinical professionals across franchises. You will drive learning strategy, develop content, and oversee LMS-based delivery and evaluation.

Travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required to ensure learning impact. The role emphasizes adult learning principles, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick evaluation, with a focus on materials development and trainer enablement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and curriculum design.
• Outstanding content design skills with PowerPoint; facilitation and communication excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials for initial new hire training, annual training, and follow-up classes for multiple franchises using live classroom, virtual sessions, and workshops.
• Develop learning content from scratch using ADDIE methodology; update course materials to reflect healthcare changes and compliance.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate onboarding and advanced curricula with internal stakeholders; include new product launch materials and trainer materials.
• Define measures to assess effectiveness of training interventions and identify improvements; maintain training plans and LMS access.
