Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer who will design and deliver industry-leading training for clinicians and client teams. Reporting to the National Program Director, you will lead the learning strategy, develop curricula, and oversee content development while ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick evaluation required.
• Excellent PowerPoint content design and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work at Syneos Health locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for onboarding and ongoing education across franchises.
• Deliver training via live classrooms, virtual sessions, and workshops.
• Create on-boarding and advanced curricula with SME collaboration.
• Evaluate training impact and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Maintain updated training plans and LMS documentation.
