Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Development to own the execution of the learning agenda across communities in the United States. You will manage the learning calendar, LMS, vendor relationships, and training logistics, while hands-on content design and delivery, including AI-assisted approaches for frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in learning and development or HR program management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build learning content.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual learning calendar and enterprise-wide training programs.
• Own the LMS enrollment, content uploads, completion tracking and reporting.
• Design learning content and collaborate with SMEs and leaders.
• Apply AI tools to create and iterate content for frontline staff.
• Track metrics and provide insights on program effectiveness.
