Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Remote, Nationwide Program Manager, Learning & Development to transform healthcare through learning programs that drive performance. You will design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development, onboarding, and professional development initiatives across the organization.

Required: 5 years in program or project management, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with LMS and content authoring tools (Captivate).

Qualifications

• 5 years of program management, project management, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Design, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 3 years of learning or talent management related experience preferred.
• 7 years of program management, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS content creation including Captivate and course development.

Responsibilities

• Transform business needs into learning solutions for development, leadership, and onboarding.
• Align programs with organizational strategy and goals.
• Define scope, benefits, risks, and success factors for programs.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning programs using various modalities.
• Manage timelines and budgets for programs.
