Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Partner, Learning & Development to lead onboarding and compliance training across Field and Operations. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Transportation, and HR partners to design and roll out learning programs.

The role is full-time and remote with up to 20% travel to locations across the U.S. You will manage Workday Learning content, track training metrics, and develop instructional materials.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of learning and development, training, HR, or similar role.
• Experience administering an LMS (Workday Learning preferred).
• Ability to design onboarding and compliance training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve onboarding programs for new hires.
• Coordinate rollout of core compliance trainings.
• Administer Workday Learning, content management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
