Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development to lead the operation, governance and delivery of Sysco's global learning infrastructure, ensuring colleagues access to high-quality, compliant learning experiences.

You will oversee Workday Learning, instructional design, external content providers and governance, partnering with Legal, Risk, HR and market admins to ensure accurate assignment, tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' progressive experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience managing learning management systems and enterprise learning processes.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and content development.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compliance and required learning operations, governance, assignments and reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day Workday Learning operations globally and support market admins.
• Direct instructional design and content development to deliver accessible, engaging learning solutions.
• Manage enterprise learning content providers and external partners; ensure quality and value.
• Establish governance, standards and continuous improvement across learning delivery.
• Collaborate with Global Learning & Development and HR stakeholders to enable priority delivery.
