Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a Learning & Development Field Trainer to design and execute training programs for field teams. You will ride with crews, coach, certify and ensure onboarding consistency across locations.

Requirements include 3+ years in L&D or field service training, expertise in instructional design, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the West Coast. Proficiency with LMS and blended learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full-scale training program for field technicians, installers and salespeople.
• Perform on-the-job ride-along training for new team members.
• Coach and provide feedback on work quality, customer interactions and sales techniques.
• Certify new hires have completed training; evaluate proficiency.
• Create and update manuals, e-learning, workshops, videos, and assessments.
