Job summary

MadCap Software, Inc. is hiring an Onboarding Consultant (L&D) to remotely support U.S. customers. You will lead live virtual sessions, training, and strategic discussions to ensure successful Create and Syndicate implementations.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through implementation, managing relationships, and coaching on best practices. This role emphasizes independent work, cross-time-zone collaboration, and delivering training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development with L&D concepts and practices.
• Experience with web-based and instructor-led learning development and L&D systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Create and Syndicate and related platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into practical business solutions.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement MadCap L&D product offerings for new customers.
• Manage customer relationships during implementation and maintain momentum.
• Lead customer calls and guide discussions with stakeholders.
• Align customer goals with platform capabilities and business priorities.
• Coach customers on product implementation and best practices.
• Manage implementation workstreams with strategic planning and execution.
• Facilitate issue resolution and advocate for customers within company strategy.
• Develop and deliver training materials and processes.
