Job summary

Daymark Health, a value-based oncology company, is seeking an L&D Manager for Care Teams to run day-to-day training logistics, onboarding, and calendar management across markets. You will coordinate SMEs and trainers, ensure onboarding is on schedule, and report to senior operations leaders as markets launch in Michigan and California.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in L&D or training program management.
• Experience scaling a program across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, launches and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Mission-driven passion for improving cancer care navigation and patient experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate training framework into session-level design with materials and pacing.
• Manage trainers and contributors, including feedback on delivery quality.
• Build and maintain training calendar across markets and oversee session logistics.
• Review completion data and feedback, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Own training week execution for new market launches and shadow immersion programs.
• Own onboarding checklist and LMS, ensuring visibility of completion across markets.
