Job summary

MadCap Software, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant (L&D) to partner with customers for successful implementation of Create and Syndicate through live virtual sessions, training, consulting, and strategic discussion.

The role focuses on delivering onboarding experiences for remote U.S. customers, guiding best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. Remote work is supported with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development and related practices
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into practical business solutions
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing engagements

Responsibilities

• Implement L&D product offerings for new customers
• Manage customer relationships during implementation and maintain momentum
• Lead customer calls and guide discussions to align goals with platform capabilities
• Collaborate with customers to deliver training materials and best practices
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal resources to drive resolution
• Maintain clear progress updates for stakeholders
