Job summary

Three Pillar Property Management is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the company-wide training strategy. You will develop onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs, and manage LMS platforms to deliver engaging learning solutions.

The role collaborates with HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to identify needs and create practical training content, including videos, courses, SOPs, and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, corporate training, or similar role.
• Experience independently building and launching employee training programs for an organization.
• Strong experience using LMS and training/content creation software; iSpring or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide learning and development programs, including onboarding, compliance training, and professional development.
• Evaluate and select LMS platforms, functionality, usability, scalability, and fit for the organization.
• Lead the implementation and management of LMS or other learning platforms and vendor relationships.
• Create engaging courses using presentations, videos, quizzes, assessments, SOPs, and other learning materials.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify training needs and develop content for their teams.
