Job summary

Three Pillar Property Management is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the company’s training and onboarding initiatives. You will design engaging learning solutions and collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to identify training needs and implement scalable programs.

In this remote role, you will manage the LMS, produce courses, videos, quizzes, and assessments, and track completion while ensuring compliance training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Learning & Development experience, training, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Experience independently building and launching employee training programs; strong LMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company’s learning and development program, including onboarding, compliance, and professional development.
• Collaborate with HR/Operations/Marketing/Sales/Finance to identify training needs and design learning solutions.
• Manage LMS, create engaging courses, videos, quizzes, and SOPs; track completion and maintain resources.
