Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a Learning & Development Manager, Care Teams, to run day-to-day training logistics, own the calendar, and coordinate SMEs and trainers across sites. You will ensure onboarding is completed on schedule as senior leaders design curricula and deadlines are set for market launches.

You’ll support training across Michigan and California markets, manage shadow immersion, align with operations, and build scalable templates and libraries for ongoing training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in L&D or training program management
• Experience scaling a program across multiple sites
• Strong data-driven mindset for evaluating training effectiveness
• Proven ability to manage trainers or training staff
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate training framework into session-level design with materials and pacing
• Manage trainers and contributors and provide feedback on delivery
• Maintain training calendar across markets and coordinate session logistics
• Ensure onboarding and shadowing across new markets and cohorts
• Develop templates, job aids, and scalable training library
• Track completion data and recommend improvements to leadership
• Partner with market leadership to align training with hiring and launches
