Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a Learning & Development Manager, Care Teams, to lead day-to-day training operations as the company scales its oncology platform across markets. You will own the training calendar, coordinate SMEs and trainers, and ensure onboarding is completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in L&D or training program management.
• Experience scaling across multiple sites.
• Proven people management of trainers or training staff.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset using data/feedback to improve training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate training framework into session-level design with materials and pacing.
• Manage trainers and contributors delivering training with feedback on delivery quality.
• Maintain training calendar across markets and sequence cohorts; oversee session logistics.
• Review completion data and new hire feedback; propose recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build reusable templates, job aids, and a training library that scales with new markets.
• Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and refine content/delivery.
• Own training week execution and go-live readiness for new market launches, including shadow immersion with Rhode Island market.
• Own onboarding checklist and LMS; coordinate SMEs/trainers and ensure seamless onboarding.
