Qualifications

• RN licensure and oncology/palliative care experience required.
• Interest or experience in training, onboarding, or continuing education.
• Ability to translate clinical guidelines into practical training content.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and training for Care Team roles.
• Develop scalable training content reflecting oncology, palliative, and value-based care standards.
• Track training completion and certifications for RN/NP/LCSW/Community Health Navigators.
• Monitor and address quality gaps through targeted training materials.
• Dedicate 15–20% of time to direct clinical care, in-person or virtual.
