The role requires 5+ years of delivery experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with clients across time zones. You will help design content, support curriculum development, and provide actionable feedback to learners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs for SDL clients.
• Provide follow-up consultation with SDL staff and client managers.
• Demonstrate advanced facilitation skills.
• Provide general consulting for facilitation and project implementation.
• Deliver learning programs including preparation, communication, logistics, and follow up.
• Assist staff with design and curriculum management to meet learning objectives.
