Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training delivery and facilitation.
• Strong classroom presence and dynamic presentation style.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs for multiple clients.
• Provide follow‑up consultation after training.
• Deliver learning programs including onboarding and cross‑training.

Skills

Training delivery and facilitation experience

Ability to provide feedback

Effective communication skills

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Supervisory or management experience

Education
