Job summary

Data Management Services, Inc. (dba: DMS International) is seeking an Instructor/Facilitator for our learning services team. The consultant will develop training materials, tailor classes, and deliver standard and customized leadership development sessions to diverse organizations, including federal agencies.

Remote delivery and travel as needed are anticipated. Candidates should have 3–5 years of facilitation experience in traditional or virtual settings and a strong ability to engage learners

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a facilitator in formal traditional or virtual training environments.
• Expertise in facilitating learning and transferring job-related knowledge.
• Experience motivating learners and engaging diverse learning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned courses (traditional & virtual).
• Maintains and revises course materials.
• Certifies in courses per certification plan.
• Engages students and applies adult learning theory.
• Travels as required to deliver instruction.
• Provides feedback for personal and organizational growth.
