Job summary

3M is seeking a Data Center Key Account Manager for the Electrical Market Division. You will drive growth across the EMEA Data Center segment, identifying opportunities and expanding relationships with EPCs, installers, and channel partners in Europe.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to support customer needs, lead demand planning with regional sales, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• Extensive B2B sales and business development experience in the Data Center market.
• Strong network with Data Center Hyperscale and EPC market players, spanning procurement to C-suite.
• Proven track record leading strategic key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan aligned with EMEA goals to drive Data Center growth.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across Europe while expanding key accounts.
• Facilitate initial orders and demand planning with 3M sales teams and partners.
• Represent 3M’s EMD portfolio with emphasis on Cable Accessory and related solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, inform strategy, and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and report forecasts and pipeline status.
• Act as subject matter expert and mentor peers and junior sales staff.
