Molex is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth through distributor engagement, field sales support, and deep product knowledge of electrical interconnect solutions.

The DSM collaborates with the Distribution Corporate Account Manager, sales reps, product management, and marketing to drive local product adoption, conduct end-user visits, and maintain CRM records for opportunity tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Technical understanding of electrical or industrial products.
• 3-5+ years in a sales engineering, field sales, distribution, or industrial sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote field environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and standard sales management tools.

Aufgaben

• Serve as field contact for distribution branches in the region.
• Build relationships with branch managers and sales teams.
• Conduct branch reviews, product walkthroughs, and joint calls.
• Drive regional revenue growth across electrical and industrial applications.
• Review opportunity pipelines with reps and target accounts.
• Support new product introductions, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with applications for distributors and end users.
• Capture end-user opportunities in CRM and coordinate handoff to reps.
