Job summary

EPE USA is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager – Protective Packaging in the San Francisco Bay Area to nurture and grow strategic customer relationships. You will partner with engineering, operations and leadership to align packaging solutions with customer needs and drive profitable growth.

The role is remote/field-based with a strong local presence requirement, travel to customer facilities, and collaboration across teams to deliver customized packaging programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in key account management or related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in packaging, engineering, manufacturing or related technical environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of packaging solutions and customer needs.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, operations and senior management.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities and EPE locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with strategic and key accounts.
• Build relationships with customers across sales, engineering, operations, supply chain and leadership.
• Develop deep understanding of each customer’s business, products and packaging needs.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations and periodic business reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to create customized packaging solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address service or quality concerns.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
