Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in mining industry sales, product support, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proven success in strategic account management and team development.
• Skilled in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and training tools.
• Comfortable working in remote mining environments and engaging with cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Safety: travel to mining sites and MSHA training.
• Relationships: manage and grow relationships with high-value mining clients.
