Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive sales of the Bioresearch platform across the US. You will cultivate relationships with academic, biotech, pharma, and government labs, delivering instrumentation, software, and services that ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You’ll travel up to 50% and leverage SFDC to forecast, prospect, and advance opportunities while collaborating with distribution partners to grow market share

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in life sciences or drug discovery preferred.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Salesforce.com CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals for the Bioresearch platform in the assigned US territory.
• Proactively prospect for new customers and opportunities, minimum 3 days in the field.
• Proficient use of SFDC to maintain account data, opportunities, and activities.
• Perform demonstrations, trainings, and installations of equipment and software; attend product shows.
• Generate forecasts and monitor territory metrics; lead generation through events and outreach.
