Siemens is seeking a dynamic Account Manager for Miller Electric in the Power Distribution sector. This remote role covers the Jacksonville metro area and requires coordinating with national contractors to drive growth, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will develop strategic account plans, build relationships with decision-makers, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to deliver seamless projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the power distribution market.
• 5+ years of sales/account management in power distribution or related industry.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time to support locations outside Jacksonville.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market growth.
• Build/maintain relationships with key decision-makers for a national contractor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contractor’s national footprint.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular meetings and quarterly business reviews with the key account.
• Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
