Job summary

Innovation Roundtable, a fully remote international team, is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage corporate member relationships from onboarding through renewals. You will work with senior stakeholders at world-leading companies to maximize value and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.

In this role you will coordinate onboarding, registrations, and participation in workshops and the Summit, while leveraging AI tools to optimize processes and maintain accurate CRM records across Sales,

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate member accounts end-to-end (onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day relationship management with senior stakeholders).
• Improve and/or redesign the registration system.
• Use AI tools every day.
• Support member onboarding and ensure a smooth experience from day one.
• Drive participation in workshops, hosted events, and the annual Summit through proactive outreach.
• Manage membership seat allocations.
• Coordinate member registrations and help improve our registration processes over time.
• Keep CRM records and member information accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Program teams to ensure a consistent member experience.
