Job summary

Wise Foods Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage accounts such as Acme, Redner's, Weis, and Sav a Lot. The role focuses on developing profitable programs, negotiating promotions, and driving sustainable growth with AC Food & Snack brands.

The candidate will collaborate with operations, distributors, and branches to ensure 100% execution of account promotions and plans while developing collaborative business plans to hit volume objectives. This remote role requires residence in PA.

Qualifications

• HS degree required; Bachelor's in Business Management, Sales or Marketing; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of Sales experience and Account Call responsibility; 3 years CPG experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning: align volume expectations with the account and develop promotional calendars to drive profitable growth.
• Profitability: review monthly P&L and ensure promotions have proper price points and PPAs.
• Grow Sales: conduct market tours, identify display opportunities, and coordinate with Marketing/RGM for pricing.
• Manage Accounts / Customer Development: maintain account files, track AR, and build strong customer relationships.
