Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a 100% remote Key Account Director, Supply Chain SaaS, to lead strategic relationships and drive revenue growth across North American clients. This senior role reports to the Sr. VP of Sales, North America and requires travel within NA.

You will develop account strategies, manage executive relationships, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals by aligning RELEX’s supply chain software with client goals and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales experience in selling strategic, high-value software solutions.
• Experience selling to grocery, convenience, big box, apparel, or similar retail sectors is preferred.
• Ability to close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Strong consultative selling skills focused on value propositions beyond technology.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills for executive-level buyers.
• Demonstrated independence, initiative, and sophisticated stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic relationship management with senior executives at key client accounts.
• Lead revenue growth by identifying opportunities within the portfolio and expanding deals.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive pipeline and close deals on schedule.
• Articulate RELEX’s value proposition in terms of client operations and business impact.
• Qualify prospects, provide accurate forecasts, and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, services, and senior management to ensure delivery and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for key clients, resolving issues and delivering value.
