Great Minds is seeking an entry-level Technical Support Specialist to join the Digital Department on a remote basis. You will assist with rostering and technical support for K-12 digital products, working closely with district administrators to address pre- and post-sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong writing and communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in technical support or account management in edtech.
• Familiarity with K-12 rostering, SIS and LMS
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer order data to manage fulfillment of digital products.
• Collaborate with district admins on rostering and integration solutions.
• Liaise between school districts, Sales, Success, Support, and Product/Dev teams to communicate options and requests.
• Identify and report recurring digital errors to prevent service disruption.
• Maintain knowledge of product capabilities and industry standards for user management.
• Analyze support data to identify trends and propose improvements
