Job summary

School Family Media, LLC is seeking a District Partnerships Specialist for a remote, multi-state role. You will own relationships with K–12 districts from outreach through onboarding, ongoing support, and growth, driving adoption of TeacherLists and directing families to resources.

Responsibilities include outbound outreach, lifecycle management, data-driven follow-up, and collaboration with internal teams. Travel 3–6 overnight trips per year may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external partners.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel overnight 3–6 times per year for conferences or partner events.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow District Partnerships by managing a multi-state territory and district portfolio.
• Support Adoption & Retention through demos, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Manage Data & Systems using CRM records and data reporting.
• Represent the Brand at conferences and partner events; provide market insights.
