Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Jr. Scrum Master to support Agile software teams on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) ACSS contract. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and help implement SAFe 6 with AI-assisted tools in a regulated environment.

Work with Agile Coach, POs, and cross-functional partners to ensure predictable delivery while embracing DevSecOps and cloud practices. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 2+ years of exp.
• SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification required.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and cloud envs.
• Understanding of SDLC and DevSecOps tooling.
• Experience with Git or Subversion version control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in executing Kanban or sprint activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Refinements, Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Demos.
• Track metrics and delivery data for continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve impediments and dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Coordinate development, documentation, testing, and delivery activities.
• Support SAFe 6 and XP practices across the team.
• Assist adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
• Support DevSecOps concepts and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities.
• Participate in PI Planning and track objectives.
