Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a Jr. Scrum Master to support Agile software teams on the Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) contract. You will facilitate SAFe 6 ceremonies, track progress, and help with continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

You will work with Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure predictable delivery while embracing modern cloud and DevSecOps practices. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Basic degree in computer science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; advanced degrees considered.
• SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification and ability to implement SAFe practices.
• Security clearance at Secret level or higher is required.
• Experience with DevSecOps concepts, cloud environments, and SDLC fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile teams in executing Kanban or sprint activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: refinements, planning, standups, retrospectives, reviews.
• Track team metrics and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify impediments and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Assist with adoption of AI-assisted development tools and DevSecOps practices.
