Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Chief Engineer and Agile Coach on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next contract. You will help drive technical execution, multi-cloud operations and DevSecOps innovation in a regulated environment.

You will lead team ceremonies, remove blockers, mentor members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure secure, compliant software delivery. Leidos offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• SAFe 6 knowledge and AI-Native SAFe familiarity.
• SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification and SAFe 6 DevOps certification.
• Significant knowledge of DevSecOps, security and cloud environments.
• Experience with Git or Subversion version control.
• Experience as Team Coach/Scrum Master within SAFe.
• Kanban/Continuous Flow experience; Extreme Programming principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Flow/Kanban or planned sprint activities for the team.
• Facilitate all ceremonies: Refinements, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos.
• Remove impediments affecting feature development, builds, dependencies, or operational support.
• Provide status, risk and dependency reporting on sprint execution and delivery.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, and integration across the software lifecycle.
• Support Hybrid SAFe 6 and Extreme Programming framework across program.
• Promote use of AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and testing.
• Adopt DevSecOps concepts and tooling within teams.
• Mentor junior team members and align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead PI Planning events and ensure successful delivery.
