Job summary

Leidos seeks a Jr. Scrum Master to support Agile software teams on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next program. You will help plan and execute sprints and Kanban activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and track progress in a regulated environment.

Work with the Agile Coach, Product Owners, and cross-functional teammates to enable predictable delivery while gaining exposure to cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools in a modern SAFe setting.

Qualifications

SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification required.
Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and cloud environments.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Support Agile teams in executing Kanban or sprint activities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Refinements, Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, Demos.
Track team metrics and delivery data to identify improvement areas.
Help identify and resolve impediments and dependencies.
Communicate team status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate with developers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
Assist SAFe 6 and XP practices adoption.
Support adoption of AI-assisted development tools and DevSecOps practices.
Collaborate to meet sprint commitments and milestones.
Participate in PI Planning and align objectives and dependencies.
