Job summary

EverAI is seeking a driven Growth Marketing Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will own end-to-end user acquisition processes, optimize high-volume paid channels, and work with leadership to scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.

You will analyze performance data, test new creatives, and collaborate with Product and Content teams to improve landing pages and funnels. This role offers growth, autonomy, and exposure to cutting-edge AI marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Able to quickly learn new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily management of core paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Support scalable funnels via proper tracking and data insights.
• Prepare new ad concepts, organize assets, and set up audience tests.
• Monitor campaigns using GA4 and Voluum; flag anomalies.
• Pull and organize performance data for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Maintain internal dashboards and reporting documents.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing page tests.
