Job summary

EverAI is seeking a performance marketing specialist to drive user acquisition for our AI companionship platform. You will own end-to-end campaigns—from setup and creative iteration to data analysis and reporting—working with autonomy and guidance from senior leadership.

In a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will scale core channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), develop scalable funnels, and translate data into actionable briefs for the creative and product teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Ability to learn new software, dashboards, and tools quickly.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns across core platforms.
• Set up scalable funnels and ensure proper tracking.
• Analyze performance, prepare weekly/monthly reviews, and maintain dashboards.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to optimize landing pages and tests.
• Report insights to senior leadership and help scale channels.
