Sumsub is the first AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to build, maintain, and improve strong connections with our customers. You will work remotely with a global team to help clients achieve their goals.

You will manage relationships across technical, business, and product areas, deliver trainings and webinars, and introduce new features while representing the customer voice to Sales, Product and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or related role in crypto/fintech/payments.
• Basic understanding of KYC.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing clients on all levels: technical, business, and product and help them succeed in their goals.
• Managing and growing relationship with Key Client (stakeholders).
• Identifying opportunities and potential challenges.
• Providing clients with training and webinars.
• Introducing clients to the new features and handling new feature releases.
• Providing client feedback internally.
• Collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal and Marketing teams as the client’s representative.
